Do NOT pay for express shipping!!! I ordered a backpack for my daughter on the 26th of July. And school started on the 5th, so I payed express shipping it said Fed ex. Could never reach anyone, and tried tracking. It said it went from Irving Texas to Chicago then back to Coppell Tx. Long story short eventually I visited a fed ex store bc you can never get an agent on the phone through fed ex. They told me it wasn’t even a fed ex tracking number. The post office told me the same!! Still don’t have the back pack August 8th. It said 3-7 days. Robbed me my $20, which I really didn’t have

Very nice hoodie I originally bought this hoodie two years ago. It was great. Everyone in the house wanted to wear it. After two years, there was a mishap with the washing machine and the zipper came off. I looked, but could not find this again (most likely due to my own incompetence). I reached out to customer service and they were able to send me the link. I have reordered it. The shipping was fast. Great job!!!

Due to the headquarters showing in China I thought products shipped out of there so I paid their most expensive mode of shipping to make sure my daughter got a backpack she wanted by Christmas. Turns out it actually came out of California and they shipped it with USPS ground advantage which is literally the cheapest shipping available. It shipped on 12/13 and it took just over a week to arrive. Luckily it still got here in time but the fact remains they used the cheapest shipping mode available when I paid their most expensive.

I was skeptical based on some of the reviews. I was concerned maybe it would not arrive, or the quality would be poor. I AM BEYOND HAPPY! The seller answered my questions promptly a few times when I asked about delivery estimates. The bag arrived when they said it would. The quality is TOP NOTCH! Even better than expected. Well made, sturdy, lots of pockets and size. Seems very durable. I am happy, and would definitely recommend!

I ordered a backpack for my son for school. They had an issue with their website and sent the wrong backpack. I emailed them and was told to send it back and they would send me the correct one. They said I had to send the tracking number to them and it had to be done by Friday, first email I sent was Tuesday, I paid $15.90 to send it back, sent them an email Friday afternoon with the tracking number. Received an email Saturday morning saying that I was too late and the ticket was closed. No backpack, no refund. What kind of BS business is this? The reason I got the wrong backpack was their fault. These people are outright thieves.

I just have to say this company is awesome. My order was sent back due to an issue with the address on my part. I reached out thinking best case I would get a refund. Instead they resent my package expedited shipping and made sure I received it before my kids first day of school. Highly recommend the quality of the items was awesome too! Exactly as advertised.

I have email this company for a status on my order that I placed as an express order payment also . They started out responding and when I sent them the proof of my order they stop responding. I will go to better business bureau to file a complaint.

I purchased a backpack from his company. And it is the most perfect backpack.I've ever had the quality of it is great.And i take it everywhere. The customer service was great when I called and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I will be order alot more from them.
