I ordered a gloss black batwing for a 2000 heritage. It took 9 weeks to get here.It came wrapped in two piece cardboard box taped together . unwrapped the bubble wrap a flat black bat wing,it was shipped in parts the paint was scratch, the rubber trim was lose around the two half, the stereo connection was a #4 electrical cable,the windshield was a piece of plexiglass cut out with a jigsaw no connected to the bat wing,the mounting brackets was separate from the bat wing two pieces of rusty metal. I tried to contact Bagger bags several hundred time ,e-mail ,phone calls,text no luck by this time my credit card had been charged and paid. I repackaged the parts returned to Bagger bags with a letter of explanation. No communication has ever happened no matter how many time I try. now I have no bat wing and no money. Bagger Bags is the worst business I've ever been in contact with a fraud and a scam.wouldn't not do business with people like that'

Ordered bags, fender, side covers, front fender and tank covers. Was told it would be shipped within 4 weeks. 14 weeks later still no parts. Can't even get anyone on the phone or email reply. Had to do a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Worst customer service ever. I DO NOT recommend doing any business with this company

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.!!Wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order for my fairing. Never have spoken to a person always a voice mail or email. After weeks of waiting on my fairing I finally left a voice message that I was canceling my order and blocking my credit card. Within 2 hours they texted back and said my order was on the way with a tracking number. When the fairing arrived it had no way to mount it or instructions. So, I tried to contact them again. Still waiting for a reply. The USA Trailer Store will now get my business. Live people answer your calls and the service is great.

Product absolutely wonderful some people can’t read. I received my fender and bags one week after I ordered them. I will Be ordering more from this company

Horrible. Scam!! Purchased bagger kit then cancelled the order because it was two weeks beyond shipment date. They sent it anyway and REFUSED return of shipment. It is Junk. Paid for mounting hardware too that to this day, I still haven't received either. Gathering info relevant to filing a small claims suit. Companies like this don't stay in business - Take yours elsewhere.

Absolute scam company they sent me a piece of useless garbage a batwing that doesn't come close to fitting my road king no mounting brackets not in black gloss gel coat cracked and severe chips ..and get no customer service support at all ..please people dont buy anything from these clowns
