Bought this product twice, the first shipment was the wrong product and the handle failed (broke) spent a note to Bag a Nut asking for a new handle did not receive a replay. I did see the potential in the product, ordered a second time received the correct product and it works great. Would give them five stars except for the fail to answer my request.

I am very impressed with this company who have been very cordial, polite and responsive to me. The Bag-A-Nut didn't work as well for me as I would have hoped but they were very understanding and sent me additional parts to adjust it for a better performance. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to incorporate those parts so don't yet know whether it makes a difference.

Will do the job on pecan , little trash no problem,They corrected a flaw on the pull cable once when we contact them .

Overall a very good product. It has been much easier getting rid of the pesky acorns. still have problem with the acorn caps. Perhaps i should have gotten the one for smaller acorns? Does the smaller acorn device work better on the caps? If so do you have a trade in? Could I trade in the bigger acorn device for the smaller one?

Works well to pick up sweet gum balls in grass, but an expensive tool that will only be used for this purpose.

Fedex not the greatest. Tracking said it was sitting in GA for 10 days because of weather. However, I think it was sitting in my Oregon facility. The day I called to see why it was still in GA was the day I got a notification it would be delivered the next day. I got the smallest one for my sweet gum tree. (Love the tree, hate the pods!) And it's definitely just for the strangler pods that you don't rake up. A slow process but better than bending down or raking the few and far between. Best to do in short grass. Could be a little sturdier. The plastic that holds the apparatus to push the debris out comes apart if you don't keep your eye on it. I paid $60 which, I think, is a bit overpriced. But it does the job.

Great product. I just wish it didn't pick up everything.
