Total incompetents!!!! Avoid this store. I placed an order on September 8th. Today September 17th still shows "We're preparing this item for shipping". In 10 days you were not able to ship my purchase??? Also, I regret buying this brand, regardless of the frustrating shopping experience. The quality is pretty low.

Badia Black Truffle Salt has no aroma or flavour. I think it was made with preserved summer truffles. When they found out that I was in Canada, they ignored me.

i buy spices for 3 years in single shop in portugal. i bought badia powered mustard (packet in USA) and it was very very unpleasantly bitter. melting it in vine acid did not helped. meanwhile i got other producer mustard(both white and black) in same shop, it was very nice smell and taste.
