I ordered shoes from them and it was shipped late from the shipping company they deal with.. and because of problems from both parties (the shipping company affiliated with the site and the shipping company in my country) the shipment was not delivered and returned.. I personally contacted them because of this problem and demanded the amount of money and emails were sent ، No one answered for more than 3 weeks .

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I bought a pair of shoes from them last year at a shop in Canada. The shoes broke after I wore them 3 times. I wrote to them in July to request support and they took a week or so to get back to me and told me they would send me the missing stones and that it would take their support team 45 days (!!!) to look into the breakage of the strap. I was patient and waited. I never heard anything and never received the stones. Then I reached out again at the end of October and they haven’t replied to me since. I tried to reach out to the store that sold them to me. They said they would try to check with their supplier and also got no feedback from them. Totally atrocious service.
