Because of my faulty Backtrack Gen2 device, I failed an Interlock breathaliser test and am now required to have it filtted for another 4 months at considerble cost and inconvenience. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT trust this device if you use it for a breathaliser test. The company has requested that I retruen it for a replacement, but I will keep it as evidence that THIS DEVICE IS UNRELIABLE AND CRAP.

I bought one of these in Nov 3 month later is will not work ( I have charged the battery) contact the seller about the warranty 2 time and no reply. Customer service is crap stay away

I received my breathalyzer 2 1/2 weeks ago and from the beginning, I was always having problems syncing to the app. I reached out to customer support twice now. The first time they responded back with nothing that was helpful. And it’s been a week and a half since my last reach out to them with no response.

Terrible service that doesn't provide accurate results. The monitors are off all the time and have to be recalibrated. When they say just a picture is supposed to be sent to the monitor, they actually send video! Total scam, never ever use this misleading service

Scam company,will not let you cancel and keeps charging me every month. They claim I allowed the charge to keep recurring but have no documentation of this. They do not provide refunds and have shared my private information without informing me of the new information being shared which allowed private,confidential information to be shared without my consent. Overall,they owe me about $2000.

They selling the device as if we can use if to build our custom apps with it, but because they want to charge another fee on top of the buy price they build a poor sdk (compiled), forcing to only use the device with api key and the sdk is so poor in functionality we can not even use it properly. customer support nearly zero. Should have never started with this company.

The device it self is pretty decent, but the developer experience is very bad, poor sdk and poor documentation. For anyone who is looking to build a custom app with a breathalyzer, I suggest to look for another solution.
