Great customer service and packaging
Cards came in great condition and packed really well. Came later than expected but not thinking anything of it because it's the postal service I got a email apologizing for the delay and gave me a refund for the shipping. Great customer service!!!!

While the carriers delays are outside of our control we can control our response to significant delays (as was the case for your shipment). We do track each individual shipment's progress and it is not typical for USPS to send packages in the ** completely wrong direction ** from their distribution center in NC! The mugs are worth it!
Thank you Backwoods Wizards for the awesome new mug! I got the pink one. It is sturdy and well made and the glazing colors are really gorgeous. I can tell it was made by a skilled pottery artist. It’s a wonderful thing to look at and drink out of! I would definitely recommend the Backwoods Wizards mugs.

Great Site
Super fast shipping and the products they sell are great! I found sleeves on amazon that they were no longer selling but Backwoods is and they are my favorite (a spooky background mtg sleeve)

good quality sleeves
got here pretty fast. a little big for my yugioh cards but i should of read up on them. other then that i love the look for my deck.

Great Customer Service
USPS lost my sleeves before delivery. Immediately after contacting Backwoods, they sent out a replacement. It arrived promptly and Backwoods gave me updates every step of the way. Wonderful customer service. The sleeves themselves are also very high quality and feel like they will last for a long time.
