I order a lot of parts for my AR Builds great customer service and quick shipping

Ordered a handguard did not receive a confirmation email. Sent a request via their info@ backwoodsports.com and was sent message can not be delivered. Link does not work. So called them and guy says tech guy will call me back shortly. 4 hrs later I get call and he says my order was mixed up with fraud orders and he will get it fixed and sent out. 6 days later I get my handguard. Never again lesson learned buyer beware

The interaction with this company was comforting. I placed an order and they returned an email to confirm that i actually ordered it and not some computer. They strive to complete customer satisfaction. They allowed me to add additional purchases during the call. Shipping was exceptionally quick. I have saved the site for future purchases. This was my first dealing with this company. I purchase from many other company's but i always return to those who treat me good.

There was a delay but thats ok Said it was delivered on my door step there was nothing so I am out $130.00 for nothing

You can trust these guys. My orders always ship within 1 or 2 days. Their prices are competitive. A couple of orders ago I had a shipment arrive missing one item.
