This is definitely a dud website. I ordered 2x backpacks over a month ago (and have since moved house to a new address whilst waiting as it has taken so long!!!) Needless to say the customer service takes over a week to respond and just tells you to wait for the parcel (which I will now not get!) Also the "tracking" info still shows the parcel in transit to Hermes! From where exactly that would take it a month to get to the actual courier?! And if it is in transit then why on earth can they not update the address. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Total waste of money. I would rather pay full price and get a good quality product that actually arrives.

Lousy customer service. Ordered two bags, didn't receive them in time, and upon returning them, I had to pay TWO fees (almost $20) for the return shipping label--even though they were returned in the same package. I'd really avoid this retailer. There was no discussion with the customer rep about it, and obviously backpacks.com isn't interested in any kind of customer service satisfaction. Too bad there aren't negative stars.
