The concept of Myofascial release then Stretch then Strengthen the muscles is so True. I believed this, and it was that belief why i discovered Back Muscle Solution YouTube channel. And the QL CLAW is such important tool to have especially when you are dealing with myofascial tension in the body. I have never seen anything like it, and it is just so good. I highly recommend Ben's program, and the QL CLAW.

An effective tool. I used it with the videos, and I experienced great relief from the pain and tension in my back, gluets, and hips. I had family staying with me when it arrived and one person also used it, ad was quite impressed with how effective this was in minutes.
