Our range includes tension fabric media walls, SEG backlit frames, popup media walls, SEG popup banners, hanging structures, tension counters and table covers, printed by dye sublimation across roughly 50 fabric options: polyesters, mesh, blockout, backlit, stretch, canvas and specialty materials, including B1 (DIN 4102) flame-retardant fabrics for venues that ask for certification.Every display is made to your size, shape and artwork. Before we print, a real person on our design team reviews your file for resolution, bleed and colour, and comes back to you if something looks off. Hardware is engineered for repeat use — SEG frames with 3mm silicone edge, tool-free popup systems, hanging structures rated to 200kg.We ship worldwide and support installation. his is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. They seem to be just a reseller and will not accept any returns. They will not answer any phone calls and give promises that never follow through. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

this company is a scam waiting for banners... which they get from China... but never arrive.. Avoid all fraudulent activities have summitted a SFO fraudulent case with the Ministry CPA.

Beware Of Doing Business With This Company
Please be very careful when doing business with Backdrop Source. Several months ago (July 2021) I ordered one of their Velcro Media Walls. They sent me the incorrect one. I have been trying for months to get the replacement. They have promised me 7 times that it would be delivered on the weekend. They even called me 5 weeks ago and said that I would be receiving it on the weekend. I just sent them this email in hopes of getting my money back: "I must have my money back. It has been months since I have asked for a replacement with the correct media wall that I ordered. You have told me multiple times that I would be getting my product on the weekend and it never came. Five weeks ago you called me and told me I would get it on the weekend. It never came. Why are you treating this customer so disrespectfully? Is this typical or do you have some grudge against me? Regardless, please refund my money IMMEDIATELY. No more excuses! No more broken promises!!!!!" _______________________________ I have yet to hear back. Their Online Chat doesn’t work, no one ever answers the phone. No one responds to email.

WRONG BACKDROP DELIVERED, THEN QUICKLY REDEEMED! After the package containing another company's banner arrived in error, and I complained, the company quickly sent the correct banner without much delay! Effort appreciated!

Terrible service !!!
Terrible service !!! I ordered on a monday, and paid 10 £ extra to have my goods delivered the next day. The next day I was told my goods will be delivered the next week, and my 10 £ would be refunded. No apologies. The Next week, I was simply told again that my goods would be delivered the following week. No apologies. So I cancelled my order. The only decent thing they did was to refund my money within a few days. But they wasted two weeks of my time and didn' seem to care. Avoid these people at all cost !!
