I order trade show items regularly from places like this one, but I've never ever had an experience this HORRIBLE. 2/12: I place the order, told it will arrive no later than 2/24. (My final need-by date for an event is 2/27) 2/20: Still no tracking, they're extremely vague about it, saying they'll try to make sure it arrives by 2/27. 2/24: Still no tracking, I push, they claim it shipped from Las Vegas, is in transit and I'll have tracking that day. 2/25: Still no tracking, told I'll have it in 2 hours. 2/26: Still no tracking, wait 1 hour 52 minutes on live chat, I find out they never even made it. Told it will be made and will ship out that day. Have address changed to hotel for event. 2/27: They still didn't even make it yet. Told it's being made and shipping out that day, expedited to arrive 3/2 or 3/3. 2/28: Still no tracking, told it shipped out, but not expedited, will arrive to hotel 3/6 (after event is over). 3/1: Still no tracking. 3/2 (today): I blow a gasket. I FINALLY get a tracking number. It says a label was created THAT DAY in CHINA. There never was a shipment from Las Vegas. At this point I have spoken to half a dozen employees who lied to me about the shipment. Not only will it miss the entire event it was made for, I don't even trust that I'll ever receive it at all.

Stay away from this business at all costs. You will never be sure that your specifications will be adhered to, and it is impossible to trust whatever any of customer service representatives or sales manager(s) tell you. Their story kept changing throughout the course of my wife's order, and in the end after exhausting every possible means we will have to accept that we lost the full value of the order without receiving the correct product that we can actually use. Never been lied to this much in any professional relationship so far in my life.

They told me they could get a product to me by a certain time and failed to do so. If you are on a strict timeline do not order from this company.

At first, everything seemed fine. The ordering process was easy, and they had the product we were looking for. After three weeks, though, the product still had not arrived and we began contacting the company. Email replies were vague and unhelpful, always saying they were "looking into it," but I never received an update or reply beyond that first kind of message. Nobody ever actually followed up with me via email. I began calling, and called the business probably 8 times in a week's time. They told me that the order had been "delivered to the wrong address" and that they were "expediting a new one." On each call, I was just about hung up on... the first couple times I thought it was a weird disconnect and called back, but turns out the customer service agents simply say, "We'll look into it" and then hang up on you. I never once heard back. I started to get a little pushy, asking them to send me email confirmations, tracking updates, or for literally anyone to simply return my call, but to no avail. There was one point where there person I had been told to contact was "in a meeting" and I felt like I was begging them to call me back as soon as they were available. I was assured they would, but nope. I have never received any contact initiated by them at all. I went back to email, asking for a refund, and was told they had escalated the issue to a manager in reply, but once again, never heard back. We didn't receive the backdrop in time for a very large, important photo shoot, and had to scramble right before the scheduled time to find some kind of back up replacement (because of course, all week, they had been telling me they'd get it there in time.) All in all, I haven't had such a frustrating experience with a company in a very long time. I tried reviewing them on the Better Business Bureau, but they don't have a profile there. For a solid couple weeks, I believed I had been straight-up scammed. I actually still haven't heard back, so who knows, I might have been. It looks like other customers have had a positive experience, but I would still exercise extreme caution moving forward for any other customers.

We have been trying to obtain a refund from Backdropsource UK since June 2025, after they made a logistics error that caused considerable inconvenience and additional costs to us. We have followed up multiple times over several weeks and were repeatedly told that the refund was “being processed” or “completed” via SagePay. It is now 8 July 2025, and not only have we not received any money in our account, but the company has unilaterally reduced the agreed refund amount without any explanation or prior agreement. When we queried this, they simply stated that the refund was processed through SagePay — but in the UK, SagePay refunds typically take no more than 48 hours, and yet we have still received nothing. Our experience with Backdropsource has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time. We cannot recommend this company based on how they have handled this matter, their lack of transparency, and their failure to take accountability. Throughout this process, they also suggested unprofessional and unrealistic solutions to their own logistics error — for example, suggesting we pick up a 21 kg item on a bus, without any consideration for feasibility or health and safety. We are extremely disappointed and hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.

First of all i never recieved a proof before they started production, my design came out really light and too big. Second of all the canvas was dirty and yellowed when it got here and had random seams all over it. They dont give refunds or returns Highly dont recommend this shop

We used Backdropsource.com to print a 24' x 8' fabric backdrop for a stage. The company told us that there would be no issues printing it upon seeing the artwork. However, when it came, it did not print according to the artwork. The colors and shading came out very faint and was unusable, yet it cost us nearly $1000. I tried to reach the company to see what they would do about it, since they said it would print according to the artwork, and they did not respond. I highly recommend that you don't use this company.

I do not recommend anyone do business with this company. 0 stars if I could. We ordered a retractable backdrop on January 2, 2024. From the very start, communication was poor. I never received any tracking information as promised, the banner just showed up at our doorstep. We then realized it was broken - the case for the retractable banner would not close properly, making it impossible to transport this huge banner. I went back and forth with Backdropsource for OVER *FIVE MONTHS* trying to get a resolution. They kept giving me the runaround saying oh we'll get back to you in a couple more days, we're still looking into it, just a few more days... then they said they were sending a replacement. I waited around, then asked for tracking, at which point they told me they actually could not send a replacement and would send me a refund, finally, in May. More waiting and more following up... then finally we receive the refund, and it's for HALF the amount paid. Now waiting around again for the rest of our money. It's June 11 and I have been pulling my hair out dealing with this company for over six months.
