James is the best. I most say I was very nervous at first but he was very patient with me. He answered all my of questions which made me feel at ease. I really did appreciate the follow up call.. just to make show I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you so much for helping with the loan process.

Ryan has been great with communication. superb services in every step along the way. It’s first time I apply for a loan like this and I can’t ask any one better for this experience. Two thumbs up, Strongly recommended.

Even thought a loan is a loan; working and communicating with Adam, back and forth made the whole process pleasant. Adam made sure I understood everything we spoke about, never made me feel pressured into taking the funds, and he was professional throughout the whole process. Great experience.

I used this company for 4 loans and had problems with the last 3. Every time I would refinance the loan, Backd would "accidently" take an extra payment out. When I asked them to refund it, they would tell me to just put a stop payment on the next payment which would cost me $30 each time and also flag me in their system as a non-payment. On my most recent loan, I ended up paying it off on a Monday and my weekly payment still came out the next day on Tuesday. I asked for a refund of that payment, but it never came. I have never experienced any issues like this with any other business funding companies, and I have used many. Backd obviously spends a lot of money on advertising but not in their customer service. Shop around.

Everything! The offer, the communication, the efficiency. Maria could not be better. She is definitely an asset to the company. She is very clear, concise, and solution minded. Very pleasant to work with and extremely diligent. Looking forward to closing more deals with Backd thanks to her expertise.

I worked with Ryan and had an amazing experience. He was organized, kind, and really knew what he was doing. His communication skills are above and beyond. I had a difficult situation and Ryan never gave up trying to get me what I needed and he succeeded. I would highly recommend working with Ryan and this company!
