What made it great was working with Vladimir Lombardo he took the time to understand what my issues was. He was patient walked me through it. He was easy to understand just an overall Pro when it comes to dealing with these kind of issues and working with people, I will always ask for him moving forward. Should I have any other issues that require attention?

Companies are only as good as the people who work for them. 5+ STARS to Cassie Hayes who worked with me on the phone to not only correct the problem I had (still had an old acct. with previous broker) but also assisted me in maximizing Back At You Social Bay with my various social media accounts. She also took the time to teach me the newer features that Social Bay offers. I cannot compliment her enough. Facebook Ads Not Running
I was having trouble not being able to run any ads on Facebook and the Back at You staff, Derrick in particular, was dedicated to making the Facebook ads work, and over several calls, we were able to get the problem fixed. Thank you so much for your dedication and perseverance to see it through!

Great customer support
The customer support has been fantastic. Had a couple of issues setting up a few things on my end. Support contacted me and walked me through the process... they offered to take care of it first, but I wanted to learn how to avoid the mistakes I made for the future. Very happy with the product and particularly support. Support agents have always been helpful and very nice!
