Eric is a great coach and a top guy! He is very thorough, professional and takes your feedback into account when making adjustments to the plan. He is very positive and a great motivator. If I have any questions he is always on hand to answer them.

I have been skeptical of online trainers for the longest time. After doing tons of research and one conference call with Eric I decided to take the leap. I was instantly impressed with the level of detail this program gives. The workouts were different from what I was used to which made the difference. The education on nutrition was my favorite part of this experience. This program not only gives you a guide of what to eat but gives ideas on recipes, snacks, travel guides, and restaurant guides. Lastly, the check ins is what really holds you accountable. That level of accountability is what kept me committed to the program and helped me build strong habits.

I have had an amazing experience with this program. My coach is Kameron and he is very responsive and generally keeps me in check. And super friendly!! I have really toned the last three months and lost inches for sure. I really love their exercise routine as well. If at all there is anything to improve is for them to have more of a vegetarian recipe database. They do have right now, but some of the ingredients are not available in my region. So makes it harder to use their recipes a lot as vegetarian

I started following Eric a couple of years ago on IG. He’s smart! Everything he says and posts is legit. I wasn’t a newby to fitness but had fallen out of love with anything exercise. I hired him bc I needed someone I believed in and trusted. After 3 months of being reminded daily to get out of bed, go walk, be consistent with workouts, breathe and eat better (thats the hardest) Having someone to hold me accountable, I’ve made some solid changes. I am 48 and my goals for 50 are steep. My schedule is challenging but he helped me to make time bc even when it’s hard and feels impossible, there is something we can change to make the impossible, possible. I’m certainly more confident in my swimsuit and in general. My depression is better. My sleep is better. My body feels and looks better.

Using Bach Performance completely turned a new leaf in my life. I originally signed up for a 16 week program, and when that 16 weeks was almost up I signed up for another 16 weeks. I’ve now been with Coach Kam and Bach Performance 29 weeks and don’t know how to live without my coach. We talk every week and it has changed my diet, my physical strength, and my overall habits and priorities. I’ve never looked or felt better!

My coach made this program great. He listened to my needs and created a tailored program to fit where I am in life. He modified it as needed and my exercises were fresh and never stale. I have seen huge transformations as a result of never leveling things as good or bad but rather looking at food and exercise and what I’m filling my mind with as fuel for life. Coach Kameron- thank you!

Eric was super friendly, non-judgmental and understanding throughout my journey! He shares so much knowledge and has helped me loads.

I came across Bach Performance on Instagram. Whether it was because of the algorithm or some other reason, I am glad I decided to turn to them for help in my fitness journey. I’ve been working with them for about 6wks and have seen results already. I am pleased with the structure of the program, the constant check ins and communication with my coach have been a great help. I am still in the early stages of my program but I am excited to continue changing my physique and most importantly continue learning. The material shared in the program is amazing!! Education is the key to long term success and they definitely give you the necessary tools to help you succeed. Ultimately it’s up to you to make the change, but in my opinion choosing Bach Performance is worth the investment.
