Eric is the man. He transformed my life. I was constantly struggling with the start and stop of my fitness routine due to my crazy work travel schedule. I never thought I would be able to reach my goals. When I met Eric he changed that whole mindset. He was able to adjust my fitness routine based on what was able to me. That along with a nutritional reset and guide I was able to make huge gains. I have lost over 30lbs and have kept it off for over a year and now I actually like working out. Thanks for changing my life.

Bach Performance is the real deal! Best overall coaching / training experience I have had. The coaches meet you exactly where you are and provide amazing, tailored advice, including diet, programming, and even specific lifts around issues or previous injuries. Cannot recommend enough!

Eric and his team are among the best in the business. He can help you find a program that works for you and drop weight. He has helped me establish more healthy habits that I will be able to carry on with in the future. He is well worth the money.

Eric is an excellent coach that always keeps it 100% real and is 10/10 transparent. As a natural weight lifter, I appreciate all of his valuable and realistic input / expectations in a world full of “gear heads” and enhanced lifters. I could not recommend him / the program any more.

Was able to hit my target results in the 6 months

I’ve worked with Eric for a little over 2 years and the transformation has been astounding. I had allowed myself to get out of shape working a desk job and having two kids through COVID. I had never quite taken the nutrition side of things quite as serious but decided to follow his approach. It was much easier than counting calories or macros each day and has become intuitive. I shockingly dropped 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks and 20 pounds within 4 months (weight I didn’t know I could lose only starting at 165). I have since been building muscle and have maintained a lean physique while added size ever since. There were aches and pains along the way and he was sure to adapt my programming and/or provide recommended prehab/stretching routines to help work through or around these issues as they came and went. More importantly, he also helped my mental growth, working through and becoming the strong leader a family needs.

I’m 63 and first time I have signed up with a fitness coach. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS DECADES AGO!!! Eric is awesome. He formed a personalized plan for exercise and nutrition and (drum roll) IT WORKS! He and his team encourages and challenges you to WANT to do the plan and stick with it. They are the BEST. I already (after 3 months) look and feel so much better. You have to do the work - but they help you and it works! What a great team. So glad I chose Bach Performance. Kudos!

Eric has been very attentive to my training needs and goals. If I message him with a question, he is quick to respond and helps make things realistic. I used to be a strength coach/trainer myself, and have known some great and some bad trainers/coaches..Eric is one of the great ones.
