While working with Bach Performance I lost 15 lbs in 1 month! Not only that, he gave me the tools to maintain what I list as opposed to gaining it back. I learned how to gauge calories in meals, and eat well based on my body’s needs as opposed to just eating mindlessly. He was always professional, always willing to help me hone in on my goal and he kept me accountable. I had to stop the program for a bit, but I am a Bach Believer, and I WILL BE BACK! 💪🏾🫡🙏🏾

Eric was great and proactive. The program is not for those that need a personal therapist and motivator. If you need some standardization and guidance and explanations on the why then this is a good program for you. Check in reminders also are great. He always asks how he can help so it is on you to be open with questions and concerns and when you are, the magic happens.

This is one of the best investments you could ever make for yourself. Do the work. Trust the process. See the results.
