I brought my Autistic child in today and Elmira was very helpful and very kind and accomadated us very well. It's great when I come across people like her who are very understanding and kind to my severely Autistic child. The staff at Babylon park are always so nice and accommodating so if you have an Autistic child this place is great to bring them as everyone is so understanding and patient. We will keep coming back as long as it is open.

Member that although the rollercoaster
Was currently being worked on it would be operational within 15 minutes, it was out of order for my entire time within Babylon park.
It felt like an overpriced arcade without it. While my daughter enjoyed one other ride within Babylon park she was looking forward to the rollercoaster which I was assured by multiple staff members would be operating within my time there. However we left here disappointed due to this.

I travelled an hour and a half with my autistic son and was worried there wouldn’t be much for him, but the soft play was unbelievable! And for my older son, he was obsessed with the rollercoaster Coast! Friendly and accommodating staff. :)

They won't show this on their website
They won't show this on their website, that only shows good reviews.
Wouldn't recommend, cost £160 (considering its advertised as budget friendly on there posts) for 2 kids 2adults. There's not really that much there, the rollercoaster, the skydrop, bumper cars (8 cars in the size of a sumo ring no exaggeration) which just seemed to do circles. Then the rest is claw machines which isn't possible to win from. (played on one machine over 30 times each time it picked the toy and dropped it, other people said the same whist we was there). Both VR machines broken, multiple other things didn't work or something wrong with it. Also use machines for tickets what it shows you win and what it gives is 2different things, land on 100 tickets get 50, land on 40 get 10. Listed as 3 floors which is true but also a lie top floor is entrance with check in and where you can claim rewards (doubt you'll get tickets for what's there) , go down a floor it's a cafe which again didn't have anything because machine was broken, and toddlers bits, then down again to the floor which the video shows everything that's there. The idea great, execution terrible. Don't get me started on the rip off ticket prizes << seaside prizes are better and they are known to be crap for what you spend, yours next level crap a single blackcurrent licorice sweet (which normally come in bags) 150 tickets 😂🤣😂🤣😂.
Between the 4 of us we ended with 2844 tickets combined (and that was mainly because of one machine you could just spam coins into) wouldn't advise if you don't have unlimited wristband.
What the children got for them tickets was worse then you would get from a seaside,
Also spoke to a manager while I was there to ask about refunding a band that wasn't going to be used because of how rubbish it felt to which because you buy online they cant/won't help in there as it was sold by FEVER not them. When mentioning to him how multiple machines didn't work he was oblivious and didn't want to accept or admit it although there was one right in front of us that had in big red led letters ERROR to which I pointed at and said that's one foe a start, when also mentioned the fact some games are a pure scam (claw machines) which are always bad everywhere but to literally pick the cow teddy up 30+ times in a row and drop as soon as the claw goes up, that's to do with how they set it, his response was its "a gambling machine" (also spoke to multiple people by the claw machines and they also said the same as me and that they hadn't seen anyone win anything (we was there for about 3hrs) .Also mention you couldn't buy a hot drink to which he said they had a cafe and I then told him yes I've tried there twice already and they said the machines broken to which again he said no it can't be, and I explained again very simply I been there twice and the woman had said all she can do is americanos as the machine was broke. Then he didn't have nothing else to say again because the tickets were bought through "fever".
Save your time and money and go to a proper amusement park or seaside would work out about the same price and work out you get more for your money.

Unlimited wristband on sale with fever
Had unlimited tickets from sale on fever for the unlimited wristbands which worked out really well for us. We ended up adding some extra time onto one band so my son could do a few extra activities. We won 4 teddies in the claw machines so me and my kids (3) all got to get a teddies to bring home. We won tickets on the games so also got additional treats from tickets. Manager Bradley was very helpful when we had some issues he quickly resolved our problems and we continued to enjoy out unlimited wrist bands. Very lovely, helpful and polite. He had great customer service which made me feel better. Over all was a good experience. Battery died and forgot my power bank other wise would of had food in their and gave a review on that but we left not long after our additional time ran out.

I was harassed and bullied and received racism here
This place needs to do better. I was playing the Pump It Up machine here at Babylon Park and i was being harassed for a good 15-20 minutes.
Security didn't show the first time. They finallyyyyy showed up the second time and did absolutely NOTHING!
I showed them the video of the harassment and racism, still, nothing.
I made a video about it on YouTube: Bonnie Blue Clone Orders Her Kids to RUIN My Dance Game 😡 Babylon Park London Chaos 🎮
When I posted the video, I had one of their employees: Peter (Zest) try to protect the reputation of Babylon Park rather than address the harassment, bullying and racism. Total BS
I don't recommend this dump!

A truly awful experience
A truly awful experience — poor value, chaotic environment, and zero customer care
Took my daughter to Babylon Park for her birthday last week and was extremely disappointed. It was, frankly, chaotic.
Around 4 in 10 machines were either not working at all or had visible errors. Some would operate without scanning in, others just froze mid-use. No staff member could explain why — in fact, no one seemed to know or care. There was no maintenance in sight, just a sea of broken, half-working games.
The venue was so overcrowded it was almost impossible to move around safely, let alone enjoy anything. Clearly, there is no cap on numbers, which completely undermines any chance of children actually enjoying what should be a fun environment.
Customer service was non-existent. Staff were largely young, disengaged, and more interested in chatting to one another about how terrible the place was than helping customers. No one seemed trained, no one seemed accountable.
What makes it all the more frustrating is how easily fixable it would be:
Cap visitor numbers
Ensure machines are working
Train staff properly and instil some basic standards
This should have been a special day for my daughter. Instead, it was a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. We will not be returning — and I would advise other families to think twice.
