The product arrived so small it's genuinely unusable — nothing about the listing prepared me for the actual size I received. When I asked to return it, I was told the return shipping would cost me nearly half the price of the item. I spoke with multiple representatives and a supervisor, and the answer was the same every time: pay almost half the item's cost to send back something that should never have been sold looking the way it was advertised. This isn't a case of buyer's remorse. The product itself was misleading, and the return policy makes it financially pointless to even try to fix the company's mistake. If you order from BaBylissPRO/Conair, know that you have no real recourse if the item isn't what you expected — you'll simply be stuck paying for their error.

Bought a curling wand in Europe for the Europe plugs. Never even worked one day!!!! Paid $150, warranty will not replace item saying it's only in Europe, and is offering me curling irons that I don't need for replacement. I just want my money back rather than something I do not need!

This Ceramic Extreme Pro hairdryer started sparking at the cord. As soon as the customer service agent found out no one was hurt. They said their is nothing they can do. I feel they need to alert others to this danger at a minimum.

I have purchased two of their products, a gold double foil shaver and a gold fx trimmer. Both no longer work. The Trimmer lasted only a year, well within warranty. I contacted babybliss to start the warranty coverage option and received a shipping label. I sent my package and the carrier shows delivered with the name of the person receiving. Babybliss is aware of this since I told them and then just stopped responding. Their last message was just saying they didn't receive my package. I've since reached out to ask for a replacement, and to let them now know I will not purchase their products again. Their warranty is seemingly just an empty promise, do not trust this company.

La tondeuse la pire de ma vie et j en est vus passés... Celle ci aura été utile pour trois / quatre coup avant de tirer sa révérence. A nettoyer.. n essayer pas . Réparer non plus. Et ça se la pète avec leur pub. Sans commentaire...
