Very attractive material. Fits snugly against body and I find it comfortable to wear. I have yet to try the various positions but I do the basic two positions without much problem. It takes a minute to get comfortable with getting it on and off and would be easier if I saw someone do it in person. But the booklet that comes with the K'tan has clear instructions. I only give it 4 instead of 5 because there isn't much back support but then again it is not uncomfortable to wear the few times I have tried it.

Excellent product. Easy to use. Easy instructions. I don't recommend black if you have pets. I'm ordering the active one for summer because i love the wrap so much!

Both the products and customer service are wonderful! I don’t know how we could have made it through the first six weeks of our second baby’s kid without wearing her in our k’tan wraps- they were the only things that kept her from screaming in pain from her reflux. The customer service representatives gave me extra tips on how to make life even easier.

I have had the best experience ever with Baby K'tan. Nancy was very attentive to all of my needs and concerns. I have never received such wonderful customer service from another company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I've had three carriers prior to buying the Baby K'tan (a Boba carrier, a Moby wrap, and an Infanito carrier). I used the Moby and the Infanito with my two older sons (7 and 4) and I thought they were great. My daughter however has a completely different temperament. She wants to be held and in my arms at all times so I went looking for something that was lightweight that I could use not only outside but in the house as well. That's when I found Baby K'tan and fell in love! It's quick and easy to use, it fits like a t-shirt, no hard buckles digging into my sides, and it's easy to store. The only issue I had was the sizing because you need it to fit your frame. However, the customer service was so good that they allowed me to try out the size and change it when I was sure it was too big. I returned it and received a better fitting size not even a week later. I receive lots of compliments when wearing it and I highly recommend this product!

Absolutely love the baby K’tan! It’s a lifesaver when your little one doesn’t want to be put down and you have things to do! Frees up your hands and you don’t have to worry about your baby not being uncomfortable! It keeps them close and my daughter feel asleep everytime she was in there.

We love our K'tan! We had an issue with our delivery a few months ago. But K'tan made it right and sent us a new one. We used it the while time we were in Hawaii adopting our beautiful son Thaddeus. He would fall asleep immediately. We still use it at home daily! Thanks so much!!
