I got the black size small for my daughter and it's perfect!! Super soft material and crazy comfortable!

I got the babyktan black baby carrier in a small for my baby shower and i love it! My baby girl fits so snug and cozy in it and its extremely reliable and safe. She loves it as she always falls asleep on me in it!

I really wanted to like this carrier but I purchased it in three different sizes and none of them worked for me. I wear a large t shirt so I started with a large and the baby hung down nearly to my thighs, so I got a medium and she still wasn’t secure, so I tried a small and I feel like her little legs are suffocating. I watched lots of videos and tried different drying techniques and nothing worked for me, which is a bummer because I really wanted this carrier to work since it was soft and easily carried in the diaper bag

Customer service was amazing. No doubt. But the product I received which was a size small ran extremely small- it felt like an extra small. Mind you I am 5’0 ft 135lb size 6 clothing. That size small according to your chart was the right size for my dementions. I’m disappointed in the product sizing. Now I have this size small I need to get rid of

Baby ktan baby carrier... I want to review about babyktan breeze that i bought for my babygirl. I use it and i feel comfortable, like not take a burden too much. And my baby comfortable too, she can looks around and play her teether happily. Babyktan baby carrier is one of the best product i ever bought. Thank u babyktan..

I bought the original in two sizes because I wasn’t sure which would fit. I called customer service about returning the one I didn’t need. She was very helpful and it was easy!

I love my baby k’tan! I always make sure I dont leave my house without it. It’s been amazing at helping me get through the fourth trimester and I will continue to use it for as long as I can. Definitely recommend to all new moms!

I had ordered a small and after ordering it I started wondering if I needed a medium instead. I messaged Baby K'tan on instagram and even commented on one of their photos. I also emailed them (too much, I know!). They were very quick to get back to me. Jamie was very thorough when she emailed me and even made sure to call me to follow up with my measurements. She also, emailed me tips on what to do if it were too small. This was the best customer service I have received. I highly reccomend Baby K'tan for it's quality of product and quality of service.
