The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because i wish it had more support for their heads. but i seriously love this carrier. its absolutely great for newborn and very small babies. very easy to wear and is great and comfortable to wear all over the house. i wear it to the grocery store as well. its great when you have 2 kids!

The sizes are WAY off. We ordered one for each of us and they both ran very small- as in 2-3 sizes! And I had even measured using their measurement chart. On top of that, they have no stretch, no give. My fiancé tried mine since he’s smaller than I am. His medium was seemingly sized for a small child. And the one that did fit him seems to hang much higher than you’d expect. The baby’s head will not be on his chest, like in the pictures. But more bashing into his chin. I was just very disappointed that for this amount of money, they won’t work. ESPECIALLY after taking measurements to make sure we’d get the right size.

Simply amazing customer support. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The customer service representative made the exchange process so quick and easy. She was understanding about my pregnancy brain and immediately shipped me the correct size and included the mailing slip to return my original purchase. I received FedEx notifications about my shipment and it was at my doorstep in days. It's clear that Baby K'tan is a wonderful company that serves their customers well. Thank you!

Runs on the big side. It REALLY hurts my back to wear for more than 30 minutes and my baby is only 9 lbs right now. It doesn’t really free both hands as I still have to use one to keep the babies head supported but hoping that improves with time. Would still purchase as the good out weighs the bad and am planning to but one for my husband

I bought a large and it was too big so I emailed the company and we came to the conclusion I needed a medium. After wearing it a few times I think I probably should’ve went with a small.. It’s frustrating because I don’t like to use it because the size is wrong.
