Baby K'tanReviews of babyktan.com

Fantastic customer service!

First off, the product is fantastic. Secondly, the customer service is extraordinary. I received a Baby K’Tan as a gift off my registry but my friend purchased the wrong color. When I wrote customer service to see if I could discreetly exchange it (without letting my friend know I was trading it in) they were incredibly gracious and allowed me to keep the gifted one and also sent the color I had wanted. Super impressed with this company!

My baby and I love our baby ktan wrap! He was 6 lbs at birth so a soft wrap was the way to go till he gets big enough for a more structured carrier and the ktan is working fabulously! He goes right to sleep and I’m able to run my business with him as my sidekick (in the front of course!) Very easy to use/wear and has many position options. The website and instructions are so helpful with videos, tips and tricks to help you be successful in baby wearing!

The size chart for guidance is incorrect, best to size up and material is not as soft as advertised.

Customer service ignored me question after asked multiple times. Product was later reported out of stock after i order it. At the end of the day it was back in stock..

I had an issue with my first diaper bag l and Baby K’tan replaced it for me. I am very happy with my new bag, love the organization of it, the removable wet bag, and the changing pad that folds out so far (you need to unzip that back compartment all the way around!). Cute print, water resistant fabric, they’ve really thought of everything here! The one thing I would change is making the thermal bottle pocket taller. If you have an 8oz bottle with a lid on it, you have to kind of jam it in there. It is fine, just would be nice for that to be a bit easier.

I was very impressed with how fast my order arrived. Within 30 minutes of placing my order and getting my confirmation, my order shipped! I got it so fast. Love this wrap! It’s my second one and I’ll never go back to another. It’s so easy to use and folds up tightly for easy storage!

Great customer service. I needed to exchange my wrap and the experience was so easy. I will not be able to use my wrap until May but I'm definitely in love with the material that's used.
