I love this product - shipping sucks
I love this product - already have one. I ordered the active carrier to use around the house while cleaning (i get hot) and on an upcoming trip. I paid the $10 for expedited shipping and over a week later I am still waiting on my order. FedEx has not even received it yet. Very disappointed with the extra money I paid and the shipping times from such a large company.

Poor shipping

Pretty upset
Pretty upset, I definitely ordered a black ktan and they sent me denim and even had it wrong on the invoice. My baby is due next week so I won't be sending back but I will not be ordering from them in the future or recommending them. Update: since I'm not sure how to delete or resubmit a rating, the shop sent me the correct wrap (just received it) in time for baby! No complaints! Thank you for quickly sending the replacement, we really appreciate it.

I feel like the product is too small
I feel like the product is too small, though from reading on the website and being a first time baby wearer they claim it’s supposed to be right. I obviously won’t get a true feel for it until my little one arrives and I can put an actual baby in it. I’m excited to try the product.

Wrong color but he loves it
Love the baby k tan so I decided to order one for my husband. Luckily he’s not a picky person. I specifically ordered black and was sent a denim blue k tan. Thank you guys for allowing men to even be able to use this carrier. Very satisfied customer

So far my experience hasn't been great
So far my experience hasn't been great. I have not received my Baby K'tan. The status in my "Shop" app says "Order Placed" and has not changed since I placed my order on March 1st. I received an email yesterday from the company saying my order has been filled but I still haven't gotten the product. I have called customer service twice and sent emails about my order status and no one has gotten back to me. I wouldn't make another purchase from this company again. Its not worth the hassle.
