I am currently expecting a baby boy...but prior to this pregnancy I suffered 4 miscarriages. To say I'm a bit paranoid would be an understatement. This has helped alleviate some of my fears and concerns. This product is great, but I can see how someone who isn't medically trained (I'm a nurse) could have some confusion as to mom's heartbeat vs baby heartbeat vs placenta pulsation. When in doubt or worried, always call your provider!
