Completely please by customer service!!
I bought this doppler solely based off the good reviews I've read on here, well the price was a small factor too. I bought the product and chose the fastest shipping option because I wanted to surprise my husband since he hasn't heard the heartbeat yet, I'm 17 weeks along. When I received it, I placed the batteries in it, plugged in the probe and it wouldn't turn on. I tried different batteries and nothing. I was so upset, so I emailed customer service and explained what happened and asked for an exchange or a refund. I was shocked at how fast they emailed me back. They sent out a replacement immediately before the even sent me the email for the stamp to send the broken one back. I actually received a replacement before I even got the stamp. I was so happy at how polite she was when emailing me and never gave me any Hassel or questions. I tested the new one and it worked great!! I highly recommend if you purchase one to purchase from baby doppler. If you have any problems I'm certain customer service will help you just like they did me.
