I love it! Challenging to find baby's heartbeat at first because of mothers also being heard in places. But when you find it, amazing!

The shipping was quick and the product was exactly as expected. Communication on shipping and order confirmation could be improved but overall a great buying experience.

Ive noticed a lot of gel is needed even to hear my heartrate.

I went with a list for my one year old and one on the way. Half of the list I could not get in store it was all out of stalk. I'm not exaggerating, it felt like the trip was a waist of time. Apart from that I have always had good customer service in store. Sometimes I'm checked on every 15 minutes. Reassuring that someone is always available.
