I ordered the pocket Doppler and chose expedited shipping. It arrived within 2 days. No need to buy extra gel, it comes with a small tube, which is plenty. It works well. I'm only 15 weeks and could hear a heart beat right away. The sound is more faint than the Doppler used at the MD's office, but it does work very well. Im super happy with this Doppler and definitely recommend it!

This has given me great piece of mind! I first used it when I was 12 weeks along. After watching two YouTube videos on some best practices, I was able to find the heartbeat within about 10-15 minutes. Now I am 18 weeks and only takes seconds to find the heartbeat.
