The customer service through this company is phenomenal! I accidentally ordered two BabyDopplers and requested to cancel one of them. They promptly responded with calls texts and emails to confirm I did not in fact want the second order, and it was cancelled immediately.

The Doppler was wonderful the one time I was able to use it. I had an issue with my pregnancy, and was no longer able to use it, it was heartbreaking. I needed to return it, and that happened with ease and very quickly. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I paid for 2 day shipping and my package arrived a day before the date it was due! & this Doppler has made this pregnancy journey so special, being able to hear my babies heartbeat has really put ease to my mind & took the fears I had away! After reaching out to the support team they were extremely accommodating and response time was very prompt! Due to my situation I was issue a refund because of defect with previous doppler, which I am extremely appreciative of.

The purchase was super easy. Shipping was WAY faster than I thought it would be. Was very pleased with how quickly it arrived. Only thing was they said they shipped it "Other" so we had no idea where to put the tracking number to check, so that was a little frustrating and took some doing to figure out who they'd shipped it through. Other than that, great experience.
