We purchased this after two consecutive miscarriages. This has given us peace of mind throughout the pregnancy. A word of caution- this is not for the faint hearted. You have to be very patient at times to find the heartbeat and it definitely takes some practice! It is not like the advanced equipment at the doctor's office but it is an awesome at-home doppler!
