Shipping and packaging was quick and efficient. The machine definitely works! As the weeks progress throughout the pregnancy it is becoming more easier to locate the heartbeat. Great product to experience such a magical event.

It was easy to go through the purchasing process.

Paid for expedited shipping but was refunded when it took longer than expected! Great and FAST customer service. And Doppler works great!

I really appreciated the quick delivery of the waterproof doppler. Sadly, they were out of protective cases for their dopplers. Having an option for testing fetal heart tones while laboring in the tub is absolutely a must.

Shipping took too long. Haven’t received my product.

Works well for the most part. Am 19 weeks, sometimes it takes a while to find the heartbeat but am happy to have this

Doppler is amazing and I love hearing my baby's heartbeat when I get a bit anxious or want to connect with him. But I wish there was more instruction on how/ to use it! I was able to search tip and videos online, which were pretty helpful, but none of them were by BabyDoppler (the only reason for 4 stars). Either way, I 100% recommend this doppler! I don't regret buying it at all! Pretty inexpensive for what it is, too!! Worth it. :)

Arrived when it said it would. Silly no free shipping.
