I am over weight and prego (5 ft and 210lb). I received this at 14 weeks, used the gel, found the heart beat almost instantly. Shopping was great, I paid the bit extra for fast shipping and received it in 2 days. Not 100%on of the heart rate in accurate, but it's a little bit lower than my OB visits, still in a normal range though.
