Was really not wanting to get a doppler thinking I would constantly be checking for a heartbeat because I had a miscarriage before I became pregant again. After my 12w appointment I was scheduled for my next one but it wasn't till 20w so that was going to be two whole months without knowing are they ok so I gave in and got a doppler. It was the best thing I have done to give myself peace of mind. I check the baby's heartbeat daily to just know he's doing ok and to help with my anxiety over not knowing if he's ok. The doppler is very easy to use and I always find his heartbeat though sometimes it does take a little searching to find it. You do get some playback from their movements which make getting an accurate heart rate hard sometimes but it just takes some patients to find it and get a good reading. It's one of the best thing you can do to give yourself peace of mind. I have been using the doppler since 13w I am now 22w and I use it everyday and I find his heartbeat everytime. Due July 2017....
