This is my second time purchasing one…
This is my second time purchasing one of this Dopplers. The first one I purchased with my first pregnancy worked great but this time I have A lot of static in the background even after following multiple tutorials and directions given by the company. It’s so bad that it can’t actually pick up the heartbeat enough to count the rate. I can Hear the heartbeat but I have To be in a silent room and have the volume up pretty loud. It does it’s job and eases my mind but I would like to hear it more clearly.

I like the idea of it
I like the idea of it, however even with hospital grade gel it has a crazy amount of feedback.

Thanks for your feedback. Some of the noise and static is normal sounds during operation of a device like this as it is a sensitive instrument. That being said, if you are experiencing a large amount of static and feedback that is interfering with your ability to detect a heartbeat it could mean that you have a defective device.
We always suggest checking out some of our Youtube videos, and some from third-party sources that show how our device is supposed to be used and the expected results. If you feel that your device is different from these let us know and we can send out a replacement to you.

It could be that I have too much fat
It could be that I have too much fat, or baby is simply too small! Im 19 weeks today and was able to hear it perfect last night! Although it took me like 15 minutes to find it!

We are sorry to hear you that you've had a hard time detecting your baby’s heartbeat. There are several factors that affect the ability to detect a baby’s heartbeat such as position of the fetus, position of the wand, and number of weeks into pregnancy.
We do have a 2.0 mhz wand that typically helps with getting a signal for bigger moms or moms with more fat. This is available on our website today.

Am I slow or something lol
I was extremely excited to receive my baby doppler in the mail. It came fast given the slow mail due to the covid-19 pandemic. The only reason I have rated it a 3star is because I got the doppler when I was 3 months and I am now 8 months I keep trying to use the doppler but it doesn't pick up on the baby heartbeat. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

When i first received the Doppler it…
When i first received the Doppler it worked great. A bit of static when it’s used but worked fine. However I’ve only had it for a few months and use it about once a week but the static has gotten worse. I know the heart rate may be a little inaccurate but it doesn’t pick it up much.
