Many have heard it as early as 10 weeks, however, it may be difficult for you to hear the beat before the 12th week. Hi Jennifer, We are very sorry that you are unable to hear your baby's heartbeat. Have you tried locating your own heartbeat to make sure the device was not damaged in transit? We take pride in the quality of our products so, we would send you a replacement immediately if your Doppler is not working properly. Every woman's body and pregnancy differs so, we wish there was more we could do to give you reassurance during this critical time, but we recommend that you consult a Medical professional to understand why you are unable to find the fetal heartbeat. Hi Emily, We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our response. We do not guarentee shipping times as we do not deliver the packages ourselves. Shipping times are estimated based on the carriers. We do label orders as soon as we get them and leave them for the carriers to pick up promptly. Of course, if your package is lost or not delivered within reasonable time and you paid for expedited shipping, we would refund you for a servce that you did not get. We do recommend that you use our product after 12-weeks and we suggest that you always consult your healthcare provider for advice. We wish there was more that we could do.
