The shipping was average, and I didn't need to contact customer service for anything, so the general contact I had was ordering the doppler.

I ordered the product during my quarantine period when i was just 3 months pregnant. We couldn’t see doctor or know that everything is alright with my baby during that time so i ordered baby doppler from Amazon. The product came in time and has been giving me peace of mind since then. Whenever my baby is having long naps or i miss his movements i check his heartbeat to make sure he is fine(it is no replacement of doctor’s checkup in any case. If you feel something is not right, check with doctor immediately). The product is easy to use and comes with sound booster gel. It gives same results as my doctor’s doppler does during routine checkup. The only thing i’m missing is more sound booster gel. Which could be in more quantity or at least two gels with one doppler. Overall i’m very pleased with the product and would recommend for new mothers like me who become worried very easily in early stage because they don’t know what has been going on with their little one inside.

It has been some time and it isn't the company's fault and as far as I know there is still an investigation going on with FedEx. But the product wasn't ever received but according to the tracking number it was delivered. 😔 But the transaction and shipping was swift. I just wish that it was received.

Work decent but I don’t think the heart tracker is the most accurate. It always read on the lower side while I get higher readings at the doctor.

This is a great product. It is easy to use, and it's so reassuring to hear my little baby's heartbeat. Just be aware that the doppler picks up other noise and the BPM can fluctuate quite a bit beyond what is probably accurate.

I honestly like the fact I bought it during this period of uncertainty. I was able to check from time to time - maybe once every two weeks during my first to early 2nd trimester my baby's heartbeat. It just gave me the relief at some point. If maybe we are in normal situation I wouldn't buy one just because I know I will be seeing my OB often.

The Doppler came quickly and is great quality for the price, especially with the waterproof probe, added bonus for me. I’m a midwife and wanted a cheap backup and I think this will do! Thank you!

I am really happy with my purchase of the baby Doppler, especially during those times when I did not have many doctors appointment due to covid 19.
