This product works perfectly great. The product comes with a gel and two batteries. The Doppler was able to pick off our daughter's heartbeat right at 20 weeks in the first attempt. It also works fine with aloe Vera gel. In the mode 1, which is the instant heart beat rate, it takes a few seconds to reflect the accurate rate, but it's no way a shortcoming though. It's a point to keep in mind because often it may show a heartbeat around 140 while it's detecting the mother's heartbeat, but it will come down to 80 or 90, reflecting the actual rate in around 8-10 seconds. The idea is to not be impatient while moving the Doppler and finding a heartbeat to differentiate between the mother's and the fetal heartbeat. Ineuld definitely recommend this product to anyone who would want to have some relief by listening to their unborn child's heartbeat.

I am currently 15 weeks and this works great! I found the heartbeat within a couple of minutes. It’s definitely helped provide some reassurance while we wait until the next appointment.

Gave this as a gift to my daughter in law. She said it is exactly like the one they use at the doctors. It was very easy to use and you can clearly hear the baby's heartbeat. I would recommend this to any expecting mother.
