I ordered Baby Doppler to check a hearbeat of my baby between appointments. The device is pretty compact. The holder for probe is too tight and it's not easy to remove the probe back. It doesn't take too much time to find a heartbeat (I'm on 23d week). I'm not sure if the displayed rate is 100% correct, because it changes quickly if to move the probe slightly, but the sound is clear and laud. There is a small tube of gel, but you need just a tiny amount.

I am 16 weeks along and plus size. It takes a bit to find baby but once we do it works very well! I'm glad we made the purchase because we had some issues earlier with bleeding and its reassuring to hear the heartbeat.

The only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars is because there was difficulty with my order. As a parent who has gone through a stillbirth, when you become pregnant again, your anxiety is extra high and you just want to make sure your baby is okay inbetween appointments. The customer service for BabyDoppler was great however. I messaged about no shipping information for my order and they promptly took care of it. I received my doppler two days later. It works, and I'm very happy with my order.

The product is great. I was able to find my baby's heartbeat at 10 weeks 4 days. The customer service on the site is not good. I got an email saying my order should have been shipped and I should have received tracking info. I did not, so I sent an email to customer service, expecting a reply in 24 hours as stated on the website. I didn't get a reply to that email for 3 or 4 days, after I tried to contact them by the "chat" too. Eventually they responded to one of my requests and gave me the link to my order tracking. One of my two help requests was not responded to until a couple days AFTER I had already gotten the order in the mail. So, product is great, customer service is not
