I’ve been waiting since mid-January for customer service to get back to me so that I can return my Baby Doppler. Literally no one has reached out and I have attempted to contact someone on THREE separate occasions! Annoyed!!!

I purchased my fetal doppler on 1/13/19, almost a month ago and have not receive it yet. I have called their customer service line, several times, and a machine answers asking you to leave your contact information, which I did. I have not receive a call back. I posted this information on Instagram, on one of their posts and they deleted it. I just sent them an email requesting an answer so I'll see if they get back to me. This is so disappointing. But if I'm not getting my doppler, I'll definitely be demanding a refund. This should be a great purchase and has turned into an exhausting nightmare.

I did look up your email address and did not see any inquiries about a return. Could you please indicate how you tried to reach us? Since your order was delivered September 24, 2018 you still have until December 24, 2018 to initiate a return for a full refund. Incase you do not have time to respond before that I will increase your return period for another 30 days. I did order this product because they promised next day delivery. I did receive this after a week. It was too late by that time and we had to return the product. No return postage or even instructions were sent with the original package. I email the company and I was advised a address and was advised to send my the post with a tracking ID. That cost me around £10 on the top of £40 product. Today it is about 2months and I did not receive any refund. I sent 2 emails and me response was given to me. Basically I lost my £50. Therefore, I highly recommend not to buy any product from this company.

We have tracked down your incident and notices that this was an isolated incident and the customer service rep that asked you to return the package should have asked you to return it to our UK facility in Glasgow but instead because there was no order related information in the email he sent you the return instructions to our U.S. facility. Since our UK operation only started earlier this year we were still figuring things out. This is a major mistake on our part and we apologize for this. I never got my package because it got lost in the mail. I continuously worked with the post office and tried to call/contact and leave messages with the company several times about the issue. I never got a return call/ email or nothing ! Also never got my money back! Very disappointed with the company overall and customer service. Will not be using it again or recommending to anyone!

I bought a Doppler from Baby Doppler. I used the Doppler 3 times before it just quit working and would no longer turn on. I changed the batteries thinking that they had died, but that didn’t fix the problem. I reached out to Baby Doppler to ask them how we could go about resolving the issue of the broken Doppler and have not had any response back from them. Pretty horrible customer service and products in my opinion. When you spend over $50 dollars on a products you would think they would good customer care to handle any issues that arise with their products

If you are not based in the US,- do not buy from babydoppler com /gb website!!! It will take a half month to get the item delivered to the UK, despite on the website it is indicated "United Kingdom" and prices are in Pounds). More to this: you still have to pay the Customs charge of another 12.93 Pounds,- on top of the product price, that is already almost twice as high, as offered by other websites, Amazon.co.uk, etc with a standard delivery. Very bad experience.

Had such a bad experience with baby doppler been waiting near on a month for my order to arrive and when I've emailed asking where it was they haven't even responded to me on numerous occasions not happy at all!! As a first time mother I've been waiting to be able to hear my babies heartbeat such a let down and still no clue where my parcel is!
