Service was fine. Shipping took about a week. The USPS website didn't have tracking information after several days so I contacted customer service and received a DHL tracking number which Gabe a much more detailed update.

Feels cheaply made, but it is extremely louder then my last fetal Doppler that I had ! Came a day or 2 late, but overall satisfied with my purchase!

It came quickly, which was great. I’m not sure how well it reads at 12 weeks. My daughter is 13 weeks and couldn’t really hear it. But I’m sure it will be great as the baby grows.

The shipping took a day extra than expected which sucked bc I paid extra to have it here earlier so I can't give the experience 5 stars. (As anxious moms this makes anxiety worse). However, after using the product and was able to hear the beautiful heartbeats, I am grateful.

The doppler works great, 5 stars. 4 stars for Shipping since it was slightly off, I paid for 2 day with a shipment arrival posted on my order for Wednesday the same week. My order did not arrive on time, it did not come Wednesday. But it did come eventually.

The doppler arrived exactly when it was estimated to come. I opened it and used it at 8 weeks. There was a ton of feedback with screeching static. I kept adjusting the chord and distance, but it didn't make a difference. This was a lower quality doppler than the last one I had. The bottom line, it was sensitive enough to pick up my baby's heart beat at 8 weeks (I may be unique in that aspect because of personal mechanics).
