Good service - could have used a shipping info email
When I placed the order I received an email from BabyDoppler on the order confirmation, but I did not receive an email when the product shipped(made me a little worried). Product did come within the 4 to 7 business days as promised.. I would have liked a notification of when it shipped so that I knew when to expect it.

Easy to use
It was very easy to use. I liked how it comes with first set of batteries and some gel. I think it would be 5 stars if the product was made from a sturdier plastic. It Does the job though.

Pleased with my Doppler
If you need to contact customer service, call them directly instead of emails. I ordered my Doppler and tracking just stopped. I emailed customer service and they’re very slow to reply. After multiple conversations going back and forth for over a week, I broke down and called. They shipped out a new Doppler the next day and it arrived fairly quickly. I have to start with saying, I love having this thing really accessible anytime I start to worry about baby. I have had crippling anxiety this pregnancy due to multiple losses. Being able to just pull this out and listen to babies heartbeat has been totally worth it!!! I hate the gel it came with. I ordered some sonogram gel on Amazon and it works so much better. I hate how cheap the Doppler feels and the constant static. The new gel seems to help with the static a lot though. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase because it gives me peace of mind.

Pretty easy to use
Pretty easy to use. The sound is faint but you can definitely hear it. Gives me peace of mind in between ultrasounds.
