Useless product.

It broke within a month. I contacted customer service via email and they never got back in touch with me.

I bought this as a present for my wife and was immediately turned off when I received the package. First of all it arrived 5 days late. When we contacted customer service we did not get a response at all even after many attempts. Anyway, when I received the package I noticed that the product did not look exactly as shown on their website and when we tried to use it there was lots of static and we couldn’t hear anything. I am not able to contact anyone and I have now lost the money I paid for this device. I wish it worked and wish that we were able to hear our baby’s heartbeat like many other people did with other products but this one is really bad. Please stay away and save your money and buy where they have good customer service

The on line order process was quick and easy and the product arrived via fed ex next day just as promised on the web site

its doesn't work at all. I am 16 weeks and its still doesn't work...

Never received item.

It's definitely not like the doppler we had before. It is very weak and you cannot hear the heartbeat.
