Hello Megan, Our Support Team has been trying to work with you through our support ticket to resolve this for you. We feel we've let you down and know how frustrating this is for you, but we have little control over the delay with your package as it is in the hands of USPS who, according to tracking, is still trying to deliver the package. Your order was released to USPS within 1 business day, but unfortunately was caught up in serious delays that USPS has experienced this holiday that has affected a large number of our customers. We'll continue to follow this claim with USPS and work with them to trace your order.
