Fetal doppler arrived fast, but I delivered unexpectedly prior to it's arrival. I reached out to customer service about returning it and recieved a response in about 30 minutes ( granted refund). Refund was processed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!!

I could find the heartbeat almost immediately! The sound was so clear and the Doppler was extremely easy to assemble and use!
