BabyDopplerReviews of babydoppler.com

I was hesitant about ordering since I was not familiar with this company but I opted to order anyways based off of third party online reviews. Everything was straight forward and my order arrived in a timely manner. I never needed to speak with anyone so it’s hard to rate the service.

I remember calling my Dr. before the Holidays hoping to be seen that very day just to hear my baby’s heartbeat. It had been a rough couple of days thinking the worst wether I miscarried or if the baby was fine. I’ve lost 3 pregnancies, and thankfully have two children. I came across Baby Doppler USA and saw my order could be shipped in two days, I didn’t think twice and ordered my own fetal doppler. I received it right on time and although I wasn’t able to find the heartbeat that very day at just only 8 weeks, I tried again the next day and there it was! I was so happy to hear it and have so much peace of mind I can use it right from my home and it’s mine to keep now.

My shipping did not send me a tracking information email, I emailed your company and you guys handled it amazing! I understand with roads, and christmas it’s a hectic time to order stuff. I appreciated the quick response and solution!

I just received my doppler and it works well. The company communicated well through email. However, it took me a long time, I thought, to receive the doppler. I ordered it on November 28 and it arrived two weeks later December 13. I am not sure if that is the companies fault though, because it shipped out two days after I ordered it. Overall they were good.

Website is very easy to navigate orders are processed in a very timely manner

We were so excited to receive our baby Doppler and got straight into the it with the heartbeat! Took us awhile to actually find it , but we did and my husband and I were so happy! Couldn’t ask for a better birthday gift !

Customer service got back to me fairly quick however my package is still not here and I ordered it over a 2 weeks ago and it was only supposed to take 4 to 7 days

Love the product but it was pricey
