I am so disappointed with this doppler. When I am using it, it constantly shuts itself off - after 23 seconds, 44 seconds, 2 mins 15 seconds, and at all different points. It makes it very hard to find the baby, as it keeps shutting off. I have tried multiple brand new batteries and nothing helps. After a week of using it, it now beeps every few seconds repeatedly, even if I am not even placing the doppler on my abdomen. It is just unusable, and I never even had a few days of use before all of the issues.

I ordered on a Sunday. Received an email on Monday saying that products ordered before 1 PM ship the same day, or they’ll be shipped the following business day. Order didn’t ship until the day it was scheduled to be delivered. I paid extra for shipping. What a waste. The sound enhancing gel was already open when I got it. The little silver cover was still partially attached. Not sure if it exploded in transit or someone opened it so I threw it out. Doppler is meh. Feels cheap. Works okay, but while monitoring fetal heart rate it will randomly display 140bpm and then decrease to about 90 and then go back up and hold. To ensure it wasn’t fetal heart rate deceleration I put it over my heart. Fitbit and monitor said 84 and then slowly dropped to 60s and then back up to an accurate reading. I now ignore the display and perform my own heart rate count from the sound. The sound works. Only part of this purchase I am satisfied with.

It's been a week and not only have I still not received the Doppler, there has been zero shipping update since the night I ordered, and BabyDoppler wants me to keep waiting. Not a great business practice.

Update: Yes it conveniently showed up in my mailbox with todays date and after I wrote this review. Please don’t patronize me and try to blame this on spam mail. Original: This company has been horrible to deal with! The customer service is horrendous. I’ve been trying to return this item for over a month now and keep getting the runaround from customer service. This is anything but an easy return as they claim.

I had trouble ordering and was receiving an error message that would only stay for a moment, so took me a few tries processing the payment before i noticed the message I had to scroll the top to see it and even then it stayed less then a minute. after contacting support they kept asking me for a code or exactly what it said and a screen shot of it. the help led no where i used another computer and browser to process my order

Item doesn't work, they have a 90 days return policy, I was told that due covid they are not accepting returns. They offered 30% refund and ask me to keep defected item. I have sent several emails and calls and no answers. I haven't recieved an answer and no type of refund. I want 100% return.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this product.

UPDATE- I contacted the customer service which was super friendly & offered to send a replacement unit to me. The replacement unit arrived VERY quickly but, unfortunately, for me the second unit still did not have an audible heartbeat. Again, was able to pull the one out from my fiance & find both heartbeats immediately, confirming (thank goodness) that both babies are still ok.. I do have several friends that have & recommend this unit but it just does not work for me.. ORIGINAL- My fiance bought me a different doppler, with it I could find both heartbeats everytime but the fetal heart rate was never displayed so I decided to buy this one. With this one I could not find either heartbeat!! I started to panic and pulled out the other Doppler & found both heartbeats immediately, now knowing the exact location I tried this one (babydoppler) again & still could not find either heartbeat!! I am VERY disappointed & will be trying to return this BabyDoppler branded fetal doppler.. :(
