Very slow and unresponsive
I can't even review the actual product because I haven't received it but I picked the 4-7 day shipping when I ordered. I got the notification it shipped on Monday but the updates showed for over 2 days it still hadn't actually made it to the shipping facility. I messaged about it and was told it's taking longer than normal. Finally after messaging I received a shipping notification well according to that the package still hasn't made it to the actual shipping facility in fact it hasn't moved in almost a week and tomorrow will be over the 7th business day after I ordered. I'm getting really frustrated and honestly wish I would have picked a different company to go through now.

Hi Catherine, We deeply apologize for the delay. Shipping times are estimated based on when our 3rd party carrier picks up and scans the item after our fulfilment center prepares your order. We are in the process of changing our operations to improve our shipping times because we know this has been an issue. Sadly, we do not have the same capabilities as Amazon but, we are working on it.
