Sometimes, the 3rd party carrier mishandles the package which causes damage. We try to use as little packaging as possible while protecting the order and conserving materials in the best interest of our environment. It is very uncommon for our customer service team to take longer than 24 hours to respond to email message. We recognize that we need to improve and we value your comments. Our customer service agents are living people so, they do respond to your emails individually. We do rely on 3rd party carriers so, if a package goes missing in transit, there is not much we can do to expedite the shipment. As soon as a claim is filed with the carrier and you provide the claim number to us, we are able to refund you. Without the claim number, we are unable to resolve the issue.
