The display doesn't seem to read the heartbeat very well until after 20 weeks. I could audibly hear the heartbeat, but nothing was coming up on the screen or sometimes the screen would show a heartbeat number, but I couldn't hear anything which was disconcerting in the beginning.

I emailed a question and never heard back. Product is good but service was lacking.

Didn’t feel as if the Doppler was consistent It kept chipping out and I couldn’t figure out why . I did hear my baby sometimes .

Love it but when I ran across an issue and contacted support they never responded back to me. Customer support is important and they lack it.

Brought the Doppler to ease my mind and within a week the display on the Doppler stopped working . That had to be my only prob other then that they was very quick with delivery

I wanted to love this but I have yet to get a heartbeat. My dr has no problem when I have an appointment. This doppler just doesn't pick it up.

I loved the Doppler at first! The sound has gotten real scratchy and unclear. I can still find the baby’s heartbeat it’s just not clear like it was in the beginning. For the price, I don’t think it was a bad purchase.

Sound quality is not great but OK for the money.
