I still haven’t even received my purchase and shipping is updated to give an approximate arrival date. So far not super happy with company. I have reached out for support with no response.

Worst product I have ever received. Bought 2 kinds of gel, I bought it very early in my pregnancy and couldn’t hear anything. So I decided to wait, I am currently 5 months went to the doctor today heard my baby heart beat there. Came home to try again, and still nothing very disappointed and depressing. Not sure if my product was defective, buts depressing as a first time mom.

IT can’t be used under water. Customer service speaks to paying clients like trash. I purchased to review the brand and quality of the product. I will have to replace this one 5 times a year and it is t dual use. Save money and buy other brands thst have better customer services when speaking with clients. Many business go out of business due to clients leaving. It doesn’t work as well as other Dopplers but it’s a basic no frills starter for a student midwife on a shoestring budget. This is an adequate demo model for short term use. Buy in bulk

HI Susie, Unfortunaly the Red Doppler is the only model that can be used around water yet, it can't be submerged. We are sorry that you had different expectations of the product. Baby Doppler is approved by the FDA and is a Class 2 Medical device, so we do stand by the quality of our product. Not worth it, couldn’t hear my baby and apparently I sadly lost my baby after the day before I used this to hear their heartbeat and nope. 😭
